Aerogel Blanket: Key Ultra-Light Insulation
Aerogel blanket is a flexible roll with nano-silica aerogel as core and glass/ceramic fiber as base. It’s ultra-light (150-300kg/m³, 1/3-1/5 of traditional insulation) and has ultra-low thermal conductivity (0.018-0.025W/(m·K)), outperforming rock wool.
Resistant to -200℃ to 800℃, it’s waterproof, anti-aging and easy to install (no complex cutting, directly wrapped/pasted). Widely used in petrochemicals, aerospace and building energy conservation, it boosts industrial efficiency.
It features ultra-light weight with a bulk density of 150-300kg/m³, only 1/3 to 1/5 that of traditional insulation materials.
It boasts ultra-high insulation efficiency, achieving an ultra-low thermal conductivity of 0.018-0.025W/(m·K) to outperform rock wool.
It has a wide temperature resistance range from -200℃ to 800℃, maintaining stable performance in extreme environments.
It comes with excellent durability, being waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-aging to avoid cracking or falling off.
It enables easy construction, requiring no complex cutting and allowing direct wrapping/pasting on various surfaces.
